Our Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges
We accept both returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your order. The hair must  still have the security bands intact each piece to qualify for return or exchange. For pieces that have the security band removed or damaged, we will not accept returns or exchanges. If you feel you may have received a defective piece and would like to initiate an exchange or return, please see below.
Products must still be unused and unopened in order to be returned or exchanged. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once a package is marked as delivered or picked up by the carrier through our tracking system, we are no longer liable for the package. Our responsibility is to process and ship your order within the stated timeframes, ensuring that it reaches the carrier. The delivery timeframe provided by the third-party shipping carrier is an estimate, and we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or the inability to locate tracking emails due to user error.

In the event of a lost or misdelivered package, we can assist by opening a case with the carrier as a courtesy. However, please note:

All liability for the package transfers to the carrier once it is marked as delivered.

No refunds, replacements, or chargebacks will be accepted for packages marked as delivered, as this is a direct violation of our policies.

Shipping and Package Liability Policy

 

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of a third-party carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we are no longer responsible for the package. This includes any delays, damages, or theft that may occur during transit or after delivery.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping your tracking information and monitoring your delivery to ensure a smooth process.

Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are reported stolen or missing. For added security, we encourage customers to use delivery addresses where someone will be present to receive the package or opt for signature confirmation at checkout.

Defect Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality raw hair. If you believe you received a defective item (excessive shedding, tangling, or abnormal issues), please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a defect review.

To qualify:

• Hair must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, and in its original condition
• Wefts must remain intact
• Hair must not be colored, chemically altered, or processed

You may lightly inspect and test the hair (such as gently running your fingers through it or lightly detangling to check for shedding). However, the hair must remain in its original texture and pattern.

For curly and textured hair:
If the curl pattern has been brushed out, combed through, or altered, the hair will no longer qualify for exchange.

Please note:
If the hair has been installed, cut, or altered beyond light inspection, it will no longer be eligible for exchange. All defect claims are subject to inspection. If approved, an exchange will be issued.
